This policy applies to runzeapparel.com. Runze Apparel is the buyer-facing name used by 润泽衣品 for women's apparel wholesale, OEM/ODM and private-label inquiries. Our operating base is in Guangdong, Dongguan, China.
Information buyers provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company name, Email address, WhatsApp or Facebook account, product references, target quantity, sizes, colors, destination, label requirements and other RFQ details.
The website does not automatically submit an RFQ to Runze Apparel. Your selected styles and form details remain in your browser until you choose to copy them or open WhatsApp, Email or Facebook.
Browser storage
The site uses local browser storage to remember your language preference, RFQ shortlist and unfinished RFQ details. This information stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the RFQ or your browser storage.
Analytics and session insights
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page traffic and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics and states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand website interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook and Facebook are third-party services. When you open or use one of these services, its own privacy terms apply. Information you send through those services is received and reviewed for buyer communication, quotation discussion and order follow-up.

We use buyer information to answer inquiries, review production feasibility, prepare quotation direction, discuss samples, labels, packing and order follow-up, and protect the website from misuse.
We do not sell buyer contact information. Information may be processed by the communication and analytics providers described above, or disclosed when required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention and buyer requests
Business messages may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain order records, resolve questions or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to review, correct or delete contact information held directly by Runze Apparel.
